Productivity Through Leadership

I had the privilege of moderating the "Empowering 366 Productivity Through Leadership" panel at the Corporate Wellness Conference 2025. An insightful and thought-provoking discussion with a truly distinguished panel.
We explored how productivity extends beyond mere output, diving into practical leadership behaviors, cultural mindsets, and workplace systems that support consistent team performance, even through periods of high-pressure and uncertainty.
Special thanks to the panelists, who were willing to share deeply personal experiences from their leadership journey:
• Prof. Appolinary Kamuhabwa, Vice Chancellor at Muhimbili University for shedding light on productivity in academic and healthcare ecosystems.
• Dr. Marina Njelekela (Chief of Party, Deloitte Consulting Tanzania) for sharing her expertise on leading through transitions and uncertainty.
• Sameer Gupta (Managing Director, Kamal Group) for insights on balancing tradition with agility in diverse business environments.
And of course, thank you to the United Nations Global Compact Tanzania, YOU366 Wellness Foundation and Impact Afya for hosting this event.
