Future of the Travel Industry; Round Table Discussion

I had the privilege of being the Moderator for a discussion forum on a crucial topic; The Future of the Travel Industry. Hosted by the Tanzania Society of Travel Agents, the discussion forum brought in virtually all IATA accredited agents in the country, for a 2 hour forum to identify the challenges that await, and potential solutions.

A truly inspiring event, with tremendous enthusiasm from the participants to tackle the challenges head-on, and a genuine appreciation about the importance of attitude, when it comes to accepting and adapting to change. Well done to all involved!
